I was talking with some close friends recently and sharing with them some personal struggles I have had. One of my friends suggested that I write down my mantra and read it every day.
I decided instead of a piece of notebook paper with pen scribbled across it and taped to my bathroom mirror, I would make a painting instead.
This is what I made.
Mine says, " You are loved, you are a gift & worthy". It really bothers me it doesn't say "you are worthy" at the end...but I ran out of space for my stamps! Oh well ~ it's just for me anyway.
